The winner of this item will win one week (Saturday - Saturday), from June - October, on the West Coast of FL (near Naples) in a lovely waterfront home.
The home is a beautifully landscaped and tastefully decorated super clean non-smoking, 3 bedroom (sleeps 6), 2 bath, waterfront home with a screened in lanai, pool, dock and 2 car garage.
This condo is located a mile or less from the super market, shops & restaurants, hairdressers, Movie Theater, Art League, Mackle Park and Library. Public access to the beach is about a mile and stays of a month or more may purchase a pass for the beautiful Residents Beach which features free parking, food area, play ground, grills, tables, bathrooms and more.
There is a huge county park with waterslides off the island and a nearby island called Sand Dollar Island which is known for huge intact sand dollars. It is an amazing shelling location and is an amazing experience for the whole family.

Winner will be required to pay $500 damage waiver deposit that will be fully refunded in the event of no damage. Must reserve ahead.
