Development at diPietro Todd is our in-house assistant training program created to develop the skills of our entry-level staff. Unlike other training programs, our assistants attend class every Monday to work on live models, allowing them to improve their technique and excel in their craft. In addition, our assistants gain practical knowledge by working closely with our stylists and colorists. With a dedicated director of education for each department, highly experienced instructors, and training focused on cutting and color as well as customer service, consultation and retail, our program turns out accomplished, solidly committed stylists and colorists.
