Fitness Assessment

A fitness assessment is the cornerstone of an efficient and effective workout program whether you are new to the gym or a seasoned competitor.  In a comprehensive fitness assessment, we measure your current fitness level, understand your individual fitness goals, and prescribe an effective path to achieve your goals.

Our comprehensive 90 minute assessment includes: 

*  Detailed body composition analysis, including       body fat and muscle mass.

*  Cardiovascular fitness assessment via gas           exchange (VO2) or blood lactate

From your fitness assessment, our trained physiologists will identify your strengths and limiters, discuss the results with you, and help you implement the prescribed guidelines to achieve your personal goals.

eCycling

eCycling is an innovative, science based cycling program for riders of all experience levels - from beginners to pros.   We base our program on professional training principles to help you get fitter faster.  After your Fitness Assessment (above), which establishes your starting point and sets your individual training zones that are tailored to your physiology.  You join a class of cyclists that meets for 60-90 minutes, you'll enjoy 3 eCycling classes with your Gift Certificate.  In class you ride your own bike, which is hooked up to a Computrainer to show your power output while you ride.  Your cycling coach not only coaches you through an efficient, effective workout, but also teaches you proper cycling position and technique.
