1 & 1/2 Hour Semi-Private Conditioning and Personal Training Session for Six Women at Marin Catholic Athletic Facilities, with Personal Trainer Marlene Capra.

For Marlene, fitness has been a focal point and a passion in her life for the past twenty years. Marlene has been working with high school youth incorporating fitness, conditioning, and nutrition to encourage awareness and the value of a healthy lifestyle. A Certified Personal Trainer integrating lifestyle and weight management, Marlene imparts practical tools, clear guidance, and encouragement to enable others to exceed their personal goals. Her extensive background includes indoor and outdoor bootcamp classes, TRX private and group instruction, running and cycling events based on conditioning programs to develop strength and flexibility. Beyond fitness and general training, Marlene works with cancer patients and others with chronic illnesses to improve health, maintain strength, and bring awareness of the benefits of exercise to fight disease. Always reachable and passionate about passing on information, Marlene is driven to help others with the tools to improve their day-to-day quality of life and reach their personal goals.
