Each coupon represents $429 worth of weight loss services at Jumpstart; a personalized, medically supervised and scientifically based program for achieving safe, effective and sustainable weight loss through nutrition education and guided lifestyle modification.

Each coupon includes an initial visit, plus two weeks of medically supervised weight loss treatment.  At their initial visit patients receive a detailed medical and weight history, body composition analysis, EKG, lab work, a consultation with a member of our medical staff, and a customized and realistic treatment plan designed especially for them. During the succeeding two weekly private, in-office counseling sessions we’ll chart the patient’s success, discuss any challenges they may be facing, and give them the knowledge and support to continue progressing. Weekly visits also include blood pressure checks and prescription appetite suppressants as necessary. Jumpstart patients can expect to lose an average of 2-5 pounds per week.
