Experience racing on a majestic J Class Yacht.  Valsheeda and Ranger will be in Newport for a J Class Regatta June 15-19. On either June 15 or 16 you will be able to race with the crew onboard one of these great yachts. Boat report time will be approximately 1030 and return to the dock will be at approximately 1630. Yacht sails from the Newport Shipyard, 100 Washington St., Newport. Boxed lunch is included. Includes a digital color photograph from the race day.

The experience is made even greater because the Chart House Inn will provide a two-night stay (weekday nights only) for your visit.  Nautical Style and Casual Elegance best describe the Chart House in Circa 1880 after its extensive renovation in 2006.  She sits only one block up from Newport’s busy harbor front yet is tucked into a quiet street surrounded by historic homes, churches, parks, and museums.
