MISSION STATEMENT

BFT is a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization committed to supporting the athletic, educational, and character development of aspiring young student athletes through local, national and international basketball competition. Basketball’s Finest Training Academy (“BFT”) is committed to providing the highest level of instruction, skill development, player training, conditioning, and personal integrity available in southern California. BFT offers a balanced, supportive, individual as well as team-oriented training environment for boys and girls, age 6-18, who aspire to successfully compete at the high school level and beyond. 

Our supportive, qualified, and diverse instructional staff is comprised of experienced secondary school coaches and former NCAA Division-I players. The BFT teaching curriculum is focused on developing basketball fundamentals including ball handling, footwork, shooting, defense, and the latest and most effective conditioning techniques.

We believe that, in addition to family, sports is an essential component in the personal growth of young men and women. Additionally, we assist the young men and women who participate in BFT to succeed not only as student athletes, but also as citizens committed to their community and to the service to others.
