Do you like to get your exercise done early in the morning and get on with your busy day? Join an energetic group from 6:00 to 7:00 am Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week for a month and improve your fitness. Bootcamp provides an alternative experience in fitness outside the health club and gym. The class begins with a warm-up routine and then exercises for the core and abs, upper body or lower body interspersed with cardio training. Still sounds good? You can add in a Tuesday evening session and a Saturday morning session which are included in your one month membership. Certificate is valid through March 2012.
