The Coach will conduct an introductory session with the recipient of this auction donation item to assess fit and readiness of Client for coaching. Coach reserves the right to defer coaching based on Client's readiness. Recipient may also elect to transfer this coaching service to another party. A sample coaching agreement is available upon request.  Coaching sessions are 30 to 60 minutes in length conducted at intervals of 7-14 days over a 13 week period.  The Client is provided self-assessment materials to complete in advance of an extended (90-120 minutes) introductory session during which the direction and scheduling of the coaching engagement are established.  This coaching agreement is 3 months (13 weeks) and must commence by September 2011.
