Jose Valenzuela, Rene Knechtle and Christian Encinas are three dedicated chefs who teamed up to form a partnership. In October 2009, we bought Enoteca and opened up for business in November 2009. We are graduates of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and have worked at some of the best restaurants in Tucson. Italian cuisine and wine are our passions.

Our goal is to improve the image of downtown Tucson and make an impact on the local restaurant scene. We bring a unique combination of talents to the table. We hope that fun-seeking, as well as sophisticated, diners will come to them for good food and personal service. Awards are not important for us. All we want is to have customers that say, "I will come back."

Our Mission Statement

We want to be known as the restaurant that sells energy, passion and a positive attitude, where you can also order great food and drinks.

Our menu is moderate sized and moderate priced, offering a collection of Italian/Mediterranean influenced dishes with a strong focus on healthy and flavorful items. Our goal is to create the image of light, satisfying, creative, and nutritious food. We hope to see you soon!
