This 3-bedroom house accommodates 6-8 people, in one king, one queen, two twins, and two day beds (twin size) in the living room.  The house is equipped with A/C units and central heat.  It has a well-equipped kitchen remodeled this Spring, cable TV/DVD player, and WiFi internet connection.  Features also include a large screened front porch, back deck/BBQ, shady and private backyard and an outdoor hot shower.  Located on a safe, quiet street.  Kid- and dog-friendly, with parking for 2-3 cars.  Walk (15-20 min.) or bike (5 min.) to Rehoboth/Boardwalk/FunLand (mid-century amusement park).  Close drive to shopping, movies, outlet malls.
