Karan Mitchell is a 2003 graduate of The Bead Project.  She uses a Hot Head glass beadmaking torch to create a variety of fun, whimsical and sculptural glass beads. Karan has worked as a technical assistant as GlassRoots and at The Boys and Girls Club in Newark, N.J.  She also taught at UrbanGlass and worked as a technical assistant.  Her work has been displayed at the prestigious Bead Expo, The Whole Bead Show, the Store at UrbanGlass and The Bead Project’s 10^th anniversary exhibition.
