“My works constitute a diary of my personal past as the time goes by.  It records happiness, lyrical and glad moods and even sadness.  Instead of intentionally saying something with my work I prefer my work to say something to me.  Because of the strong influence Estonian traditional folk art and North-European nature has had on my art, I am deeply interested in its endurance and possible artistic development.  I often use pâte de verre technique, as fragile and delicate it may be, as a protective shield for something really valuable.
