• Hallee Altman, owner of The Center Studio®, is a second-generation Pilates instructor who has been teaching the Pilates method since 2001. At her successful Pilates studio on Manhattan's Upper West Side, Altman and twelve instructors are changing bodies and lives. In a personal Pilates workshop with Altman, you will begin to dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs, creating a sleek, toned body and improving your flexibility, agility and economy of motion. Package includes 2 private Pilates sessions.

•Get into the groove with the Mark Morris Dance Group.  A gift certificate for a 5-class card for adult classes will allow you to try anything from ballet to belly dancing to zumba. Included are a MMDG eco-friendly tote bag and a t-shirt so you’ll have something to wear to class.
