Famous in the Low Country of Georgia and South Carolina, this boil is done best on an outdoor cooker. It has sausage, shrimp, potatoes and corn for an all-in-one pot, all-you-can-eat buffet! DHHS parents Mark and Cindy Knowles (well...to be honest, this is Mark's specialty) will come to your house and cook this wonderful crowd pleaser in an outdoor pot. They will then serve it in a very casual way -- by "plopping" it down on a newspaper-covered table for everyone to enjoy!
While enjoying your food, Patrick and Shelle Bryant will entertain your guests with live music guaranteed to highlight the occasion.
The recipe serves 25 people. So go ahead, plan that party and let Mark and Cindy provide the food. Please allow two weeks notice. Date to be coordinated with Cindy and Mark. Must live within the DHHS district to redeem.

Please Note: This item and all items in the [March 5 Auction] category will only be up for bid at the Fun & Gains event, which will be held on March 5 from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at Cox Hall Ballroom on the Emory University Campus. In addition to auctioning the items in the [March 5 Auction] category, the event will include dinner and music. The cost to attend is $45 per person.
