DHHS parents Janet Fath, Dick Henneman, and Scott and Lisa Gordon will prepare Italian foods and wine. The exact menu will depend on the season and the fresh ingredients available. As a sample menu, think grilled pizza with pears, pecorino, and walnuts; insalata mista; risotto milanese; osso buco; and limoncello gelato with homemade biscotti. The meal will include two bottles of wine, but feel free to add more.

Envision yourself at the table. Bid accordingly.

Date to be arranged in consultation with the donors a minimum of 3 weeks notice.  Donors will bring the meal to your home, plate each dish, and serve.  Winning bidder must live within the Druid Hills High School district.

Certificate expires November 1, 2011.
