Your next dinner party will be as easy as a warm Mediterranean breeze, with food prepared by DHHS parents Janet Fath and Dick Henneman and wines especially selected to go with each dish by DHHS parent Howard Levy. The exact menu will depend on the season and the fresh ingredients available. As a sample menu, think crostini with goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and a basil leaf; radicchio, frisée, and artichoke salad; antipasto platter; taglietella with sage brown butter; and almond praline semifreddo with grappa-poached apricots. Howard Levy will select four bottles of wine to complement the meal perfectly.

Date to be arranged in consultation with the donors with a minimum of 3 weeks notice.  Donors will bring the meal to your home, plate each dish, and serve.  Winning bidder must live within the Druid Hills High School district.  Certificate expires November 1, 2011.
