DHHS parent Amy Ridgway will bake this dense, decadent, and creamy white chocolate cheesecake. Adorned with sweetened whipped cream, white chocolate shavings, and a white chocolate brandy sauce, it will be the highlight of any meal.

Winning bidder will coordinating collecting the cheesecake from Amy. Please allow two-week notice. Certificate expires February 29, 2012.
