Amanda Cushman is a culinary educator who has cooked professionally as well as taught classes for over twenty-five years. She offers weekly classes in Culver City at Surfas Chef's Paradise. The classes are mostly hands-on and include a complete meal and a glass of wine. Just bring your enthusiasm. No experience necessary and all levels are welcome.
