One week stay in a 2 bedroom/2 bath villa at The Villas at Simpson Bay Resort & Marina in St. Maarten (Dutch side).  Most weeks available but subject to availability.  Air fare & $50 timeshare fee NOT included.

The Villas are located on the shores of Simpson Bay with spectacular Caribbean views.  The sleep 6 villa has central air-conditioning, wireless internet connection, flat screen TVs & DVD players, fully appliance kitchen with granite counter tops & private balcony.

The resort has a beach, pool, tennis courts, water sports, casino, fitness center  & restaurants.
