We are a small producer of  Fresh Pasta, Ravioli, Sauces, Breads and so much more!  Our “Red Gravy” Tomato Basil Sauce is made with our own Organic Hollis grown Tomatoes and Basil , Thanks to Farmer Rick Hardy of Brookdale Farms, making it exceptional and unique. 

Here in our Farm Kitchen Chef Owners David Valicenti and Michelle Splaine strive to use only their own or locally sourced ingredients in all of their products. 

Becoming USDA Certified Organic is our goal for the future. We are committed to growing organic ingredients and knowing where our food comes from. This lifestyle benefits us and our environment, which we can all appreciate and enjoy!
