Charlie is the Managing Professional at Owl’s Nest and has been with the Owl’s Nest family since the club opened in July of 1998. Charlie takes a special interest in every guest that visits the Nest. Charlie was named by NH Magazine as “The Best Golf Course Professional” in the state of New Hampshire in 2001.

Charlie’s teaching philosophy revolves around customizing the lesson to each individual and communicating as clearly as possible using many different visual images. He also feels it is important to help golfers make the transition to the golf course and learn to ‘play the game’ not just focus on swing mechanics.

Charlie believes that helping the student understand how certain body mechanics affect the swing enhances the overall learning process to help the student when he/she has no instructor looking over their shoulder.
