This beautiful painting "Flowers in the Attic" is a mixture of oil, pastels and charcoals on a 24 x 48 birch panel. Orly Ruaimi is a local Bay Area artist whose work is about the eternal life of the spirit, and the different cycles of past lives, current and after life stages. She likes to use mixed media for her pieces, such as raw charcoal, pastels, ink, and paint to accentuate the different stages/aspects of the spirit.
