A one month membership to La Palestra Center for Preventive Medicine.  Membership includes: 8 personal exercise sessions, laundry service, gear storage, standing appointment times, and a program advisor. 

Membership begins with a diagnostic health evaluation as well as a physical strength and endurance evaluation from which is tailored a personalized exercise program.
