A one-hour solo musical performance by Mark Wood including sound and three Mark Wood CDs. Not only is Mark Wood the originator of our favorite song at Newport El - "Just Read!", he as been featured as the opening act for recording artists such as Jimmy Buffett, Bruce Hornsby and the Range, Don McLean, Kenny Rankin and platinum-selling country music star, Sammy Kershaw, just to name a few. Mark has headlined shows at world-famous venues. He has performed in front of sellout crowds, performing his original songs to rave reviews. Mark Wood has toured the world and still found time to support Newport El (as PTA President, parent volunteer and Music Director/Teacher). We greatly appreciate his time and talent!
