Attention, hikers, beachcombers, and other outdoorsy types! Up for bids is a new Voltaic Systems Solar Backpack kit. This roomy backpack comes with a set of three solar panels on the rear face, letting you charge your various gadgets when you're away from AC power. A clip-on battery pack inside the bag stores the solar charge for when you need it. (It can also be charged via a wall outlet and used as a spare battery on the road.)

This backpack is out of packaging but new and unused. It also comes with a huge variety of adapters and cables for connecting handheld devices, cell phones, and digital cameras (by our estimate, about $50 in adapters alone...see picture) that do not come standard if you purchase this backpack alone.
