During these 75 minute seminars, guest will learn about sensory evaluation, wine and food pairings, and a brief history of wine making.  Our wine educator will answer your questions while showcasing seven different wines, several of which are not available to the general public.  Premier Tastings occur Saturdays and Sundays inTarara's private tasting room.  Reservations are required.
