Islandman Triathlon is a USA Triathlon sanctioned sprint event held in beautiful Avalon, NJ. The race consists of a 1/4 mile ocean swim, 12 mile bike on a flat and fast 3 loop course (closed to traffic!) and a 5k beach run. Great give aways, athlete bag, tech shirt, Defeet sock, water bottle and sample products. Post race music and food include pizza, hot dogs, donuts, water ice, fruit, Vitamin Water, Vita Coco, Lehigh Dairy chocolate milk and more. Awards go 5 deep!
