Dr. Larry Rakowsky, DMD, will provide you with a first appointment pre-op tray impressions & shading and a second appointment to provide bleaching tray inserts, all materials and directions on usage. Finally, a third appointment will be to assess shade results following treatment. For convenience. Dr. Rakowsky can perform all three visits at KWS or at a patient’s home.
