Design Source will design the home of your dreams. One complete set of house plans to your specifications. Plans include:
- Floor plans
- Main exterior elevations
- Exterior 3-D model of the home
- Roof plan
- Foundation plan
- Structural engineering plans as needed; signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer(PE) licensed in the states of NC, SC, and VA.
Minimal additional charge for plans exceeding 5,000 total square feet. Residential only, additional charge for Commercial and Industrial. Average two to three month completion time. Additional charges for excessive revisions and for site visits, if needed, outside of Alamance County, NC. Call for portfolio examples or complete sample plan.
