. . .and you thought we only catered to kids! Kid’s favorite; Chef Bill has also worked in Europe, 5-Star restaurants in New York, Chicago and cooked for Wayne Gretzkey and Henry Ford. As a Culinary Institute of America graduate, restaurant owner, concept developer and executive chef he is offering his culinary skills with full Butler service to come into your home and prepare an exquisite six course meal just for the “Grown Ups”. Our 5-Star staff will come in and prepare, set up and clean.

SOUP: Tristen Lobster Bisque with a sweet cream sherry, black caviar and crème fraiche wafer
APPETIZER: Charleston Crabcake served on bed of mesculin mix with honey roasted pecan remoulade and a crispy angel hair bonnet
SALAD: Wild Organic Spring Greens with anjou pear, candied english black walnuts, and chevre cheese, drizzled with an aged modena balsamic vinaigrette
INTERMEZZO: Domaine Chandon Pink Grapefruit Ice
ENTREE: Beef Wellington Porto seared filet mignon stuffed with gorgonzola and prosciutto then wrapped in puff pastry and served with a tawny port demi glace
SIDES: Twice Baked Potato with Grilled Baby Aspargus
DESSERT: Bittersweet Godiva Crème Brulee with a triple berry compote and grand marnier smoothy
