Motion Center offers high-quality yoga, dance, and massage therapy in a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere. We believe that yoga, dance, and massage therapy are appropriate for everyone, regardless of age or physical health. We strive to help students and clients find the class or massage therapy style that is right for them. Our teachers and therapists share a commitment to growing in their practices and supporting students' exploration of yoga and dance. Our massage therapists are licensed in Rhode Island, and hold special certifications all modalities they practice.
