The perfect Charis portrait combines the artistry found in the Old Master paintings with the camera’s lens to create a photographic masterpiece that challenges the painters of long ago.  For twenty years, I have had the privilege of continuing the legacy of Phillip Stewart Charis’ Grand Manner style of portraiture.  My portraits grace the walls of clients throughout the United States and abroad. Great artists have always studied the works of their predecessors. So too is it with my portraits.

The observant eye can discern perhaps a touch of Rembrandt and even a flavor of Sargent in each portrait and therefore a signature piece of art has been created for generations to enjoy.
