A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) is a caregiver who specializes in newborn care. They have had in depth training and expertise in all aspects of newborn care, parental education and support. Her job is to provide care for newborns while creating a nurturing environment. She also is there to guide and educate the parents.

Our mission is to help parents with all aspects of their newborn, and his or her care. One way of helping parents is to provide an in-home consultation, where a certified Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) will provide one on one specialized education that is designed for each client’s specific needs. The NCS will be happy to answer all the parents’ questions about their newborn. Typical topics covered are:  Feeding, Bathing, Swaddling, Sleeping, Developmental Milestones, Green/Organic Care, Activities for your baby, Scheduling, Product recommendations, breast feeding and much more.
