At DFW Fertility Associates, we recognize that facing infertility can exact a huge toll emotionally and physically, and in some cases, financially. With that in mind, we are dedicated to providing high quality medical care in a sensitive, caring and safe environment. We work with our patients to help control infertility treatment costs, always offering the procedure most likely to succeed. Our center offers a full range of fertility services, including ovulation induction with medications, IUI (intrauterine insemination), IVF (in vitro fertilization), ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection), PGD (preimplantation genetic diagnosis) and other assisted reproductive technologies. 

Additionally, we participate in third-party assisted reproductive technologies including egg and sperm donation, and gestational carrier cycles.  DFW Fertility Associates has a successful egg donation program that offers an “in-house” egg donor agency for the convenience of our patients, and we welcome designated or outside agency egg donors as well.  Dr. Chantilis has considerable experience with egg donation having conducted over 500 cycles during his career.
