The winner of this item will receive 1.5 hours of entertainment for a party provided by Randy Ward of PartyPac Entertainment.  The party will begin with 30 minutes of balloon characters, feature 30 minutes of magic show, and end with 30 more minutes of entertaining balloon tricks.
