The winner of this auction item will receive four hours of painting, minor electrical, plumbing or drywall repairs done by Larry Cavrak.  As part of this package, Mr. Cavrak will come to your home to consult on scope of project and supplies needed. (Supplies to be purchased by buyer.)  Work must be performed in no more than two sessions and must be redeemed by May 30th, 2011.
