Description

The Dancer is an original lithograph, signed in the stone.  Framed size is 15.75 inches by 19.25 inches. 


Pulled at the Atelier Mourlot, New York in 1968.  The work is framed in Italian molding with a fruitwood finish and double matted in natural linen over harmony brown Bainbridge board


Moses Soyer was born in Russia in 1899, and immigrated to New York at the age of 12.  He is one of three renowned artist brothers.  His portraits are in major museums including New York's Metropolitan, The Whitney Museum of Modern Art, Museum of Modern Art, and the Newark Museum.
