Welcome to our vacation home on the first fairway of Desert Princess Country Club in sunny Palm Springs, California.

Our Non-Smoking home is a single-story, 2 bedroom  condo with no one above or below you and is situated 50 feet from the pool and jacuzzi. It has a gorgeous west-facing mountain view with stunning sunsets. The quiet and privacy will only add to your relaxing vacation. Three large sliders to the patio give a great view to the golf course and mountains from all rooms !! Our community is gated and has 24 hour security.

We have recently remodeled our 1220 square foot home in beautiful, casual palm springs style decor and it features beautiful porcelain tile throughout. TVs are featured in the living room and both bedrooms along with a DVD player. Appliances are all brand-new as is the King-size bed in the master bedroom. The second master bedroom features a king size adjustable bed with controls for each side. Both baths feature double sinks and the master bath has a walk-in shower. All bath linens are brand new along with the bed linens. The casual furniture and appointments will make you feel relaxed and comfortable. With a large living room, two bedrooms, two full baths, and a big walk-in closet there is plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable. The outdoor, covered patio with a pano view of the golf course and mountains features a gas barbeque and a table with 4 chairs for dining comfort. You will truly enjoy the comfort of this home!

Desert Princess features twenty seven holes of championship golf with a fully stocked pro shop. We also have a bar and restaurant in the clubhouse. After golf you can enjoy a massage and a full array of other spa options. If tennis is in your plans you can check out the courts that are on site. Our condo and Desert Princess is a wonderful place to spend your vacation. Come visit and enjoy our second home as much as we do.

Your winning bid will include a two night stay (holidays and or holiday weekends not included) less a $75 cleaning charge due upon check in. Children are welcome however, pets are not. The two nights must be used consecutively and will expire one year from the date issued. Golf may be purchased separately at the clubhouse.
