Wow your guests at your next cocktail party or special event.  ERHS parent and chanteuse Leah Finnie will enchant you and your guests with an hour of Jazz and R&B.  Leah Elizabeth, a.k.a. Lady Leah, grew up in a home filled with music.  Her father was the Minister of Music for their local church where she and her siblings performed with him on special occasions.  They also traveled throughout the region singing for private and corporate events.  Her sister played bass, her brothers, the guitar and drums, while she and her father were the lead vocals.  Her mother, also a vocalist, exposed her to the sounds of Nancy Wilson, Ray Charles, and Aretha Franklin.  Other influences include Billie Holiday, Duke Ellington, Stanley Turrentine, and Otis Redding.  Lady Leah's clear alto is well suited to her Jazz/R&B repertoire.  Her stage presence and classic beauty captivate audiences everywhere she plays.  Leah performs regularly at PJs in Harlem and has performed at a number of clubs and restaurants including LEI Grill, Aged Restaurant, Lenox Lounge, Showman's, a Touch of Dees and the newest, hottest restaurant in Harlem - The Red Rooster.
