Danna Liebert, owner of Grounded Growth Yoga, is offering to teach a private yoga class to you and three of you closest friends, right in your very own home.

Danna’s teaching style focuses on precise alignment, learned from studying at the Iyengar Institute of NY. Her teaching also emphasizes full yogic breathing; balance between effort and ease; and accessing our inner source of well-being.

In her teaching, Danna hopes to guide people to access the peace and vital energy that yoga asanas hold, so that we can bring it to our daily lives in the form of good health, focused minds and loving intentions.
