Michael Hughes, manager of Joe's Liquors, will demonstrate how to make traditional and modern cocktails as well as how to put a unique twist on the old classics that we all love. Michael will also offer his expertise on food pairings and provide all of the alcohol and mixers involved in the class. *Date must be mutually agreed upon between provider and auction winner and winner must provide ice and glassware.
