Description
Since 1989, Metro Art commissioned over 300 artists and 0.5% of rail construction costs are allocated to creating original art works. Metro's Art Docent Council is committed to increasing awareness of art in the Metro system through public tours that provide insights into the artwrks, the artists and their processes, and the communities they enhance.
Meet the artist who created the North Hollywood Station, Vistamar parent Anne Marie Karlsen. Enjoy a private tour with an MTA trained docent for a group of up to 35 people. The minimum number of guests is 15. Each person will receive a package of information about tht public art all over the various MTA lines. They will also receive an all day MTA pass so you can travel around at your leisure.
The tour visits around 4 to 5 stations and lasts around 2 1/2 hours. The exact stations and date of the tour must be mutually agreed upon by the winner and the docent coordinator.

-If you lose tickets, certificates or letters they will not be replaced.
-Some items may require shipping charges if not picked up in person, which will be noted in the item listing.
-Some items may require sales tax, which will be noted in the item listing.
-Availability of items is subject to change and Vistamar reserves the right to substitute a substantially similar item or refund the amount paid by the winning bidder.
-Vistamar School may correct typographical errors and make changes or corrections in listings, including to the opening bid and the item description.
-Vistamar School may update these rules at any time and your continued participation will constitute acceptance.
-You agree to release and hold harmless Vistamar and its volunteers and employees from any claim arising out of participating in this auction. Neither Vistamar nor anyone else involved in creating or delivering the auction or any item or experience related to it shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of the auction or auction items or experiences.
