Enjoy a 3-course dinner at your home for four with catering expert Chef Meg Hall from Made by Meg.


Chef Meg started her professional life as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney. After five years, Meg decided to pursue her passion for cooking.


She attended Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena at night and worked the stock markets during the day. Being a constant on the President’s Honor Roll throughout her training, she was honored to work in a Michelin Star kitchen in Los Angeles, Ortolan, with famed Chef Owner, Christophe Eme. After an exhausting but highly-rewarding journey, Meg started her catering business to a warm welcome from friends to former clients.


Meg is a native of Manhattan Beach, CA and a Villanova Graduate. She continues to be a part of the South Bay community through The Manhattan Beach Rotary ClubSandpipersManhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce, serves on the board of Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals and is the sitting President of South Bay BNI.


Date must be pre-approved by both donor and Made by Meg. Includes food prep, three-course dinner for four, Chef Meg and one server. Does not include beverages, alcohol or additional staff or rentals.

-You must pay for any item you purchase.


-All sales are final - no refunds.


-All items are sold "as is" without warranties of any kind.


-You may not resell any item you purchase.


-Inclusion of items in the auction does not imply endorsement by Vistamar School.


-Please note any special limitations, terms or expiration dates prior to bidding.  All items must be used by their expiration date.


-If you lose tickets, certificates or letters they will not be replaced.


-If purchaser does not pick up item at Vistamar School by May 15, 2011, item will be shipped and purchaser will be charged for all shipping costs..


-Some items may require sales tax, which will be noted in the item listing.


-Availability of items is subject to change and Vistamar reserves the right to substitute a substantially similar item or refund the amount paid by the winning bidder.


-Vistamar School may correct typographical errors and make changes or corrections in listings, including to the opening bid and the item description.


-Vistamar School may update these rules at any time and your continued participation will constitute acceptance.


-You agree to release and hold harmless Vistamar and its volunteers and employees from any claim arising out of participating in this auction.   Neither Vistamar nor anyone else involved in creating or delivering the auction or any item or experience related to it shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of the auction or auction items or experiences.
