Cesare Casella, Executive Chef at Salumeria Rosi, highly regard Manhattan restaurant on the Upper West Side, will teach a cooking class on Saturday for you and your guests – and prepare a scrumptious dinner for your party that evening.

Sunday morning brunch will also be prepared by Chef Casella especially for you and your guests, featuring some of the remarkable bounty grown on The Center’s own Thanksgiving Farm, its biodynamically certified farm.

Cesare Casella, the legendary Tuscan Chef is currently the Dean of the Italian Studies Program at the French Culinary Institute and the Author of three cookbooks, including “True Tuscan – Flavors and Memories from the Countryside of Tuscany”
