Renowned Pittsburgh builder and developer, Don Trettle, of Joe Trettle & Sons, created this dollhouse with love for his children and grandchildren. Now it can be yours.
Includes furniture, curtains and accessories for all rooms. (Additional furniture kits requiring assembly are also included).
Lighting included, but not installed.
Special Instructions
Dollhouse is virtually complete, but requires some finishing touches: Double doors on upper level are not yet painted. Electricity is included, but not installed.
Extra supplies such as paint, nails and bricks are included.
Dollhouse measures 49-1/2" long, 29" deep and 34" high.
Winner must arrange for pick up at The Center for Discovery in Harris, NY.
