The certificate entitles the recipients to their choice of a one hour Designer Portrait Session and 12 inch Custom Portrait at any regularly scheduled location throughout the US as selected by Thomas Fallon for its natural beauty and pictorial appeal or an unlimited Premium Portrait Session at any location of the client's choosing, subject to availability.Only one portrait certificate per patron per year. Certificate is non transferable and must be used by original purchaser.
