Enjoy exquistetly prepared cuisine from around the world at Southern NH University's student run, fine-dining resturant, The Quill.
The culinary art students prepare and srve classical french, carribbean, Middle Eastern, Thai, Classical and Mediterrianean cuisine. For a real treat, come whent he students are challenged to create their own signature dishes.
Special Instructions
The restaurant is open Tuesdays and Fridays for lunch and Thursday evenings for dinner. Prix fixe and tasting menus feature appetizers, soups and salads, entrees, and desserts that will thrill your palate. Guests are invited to bring their own wine.
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays we offer lighter fare from our Caffe e Dolce and invite you to relax with friends in The Quill.
SNHU students manage every aspect of the restaurant, from meal creation to guest seating to serving.
The restaurant’s name, The Quill, evokes the history of the university, which was founded as a school of accounting in the early 1930s. The quill, a pen used by colonial accountants, also appears as a staff held by the university’s Penmen mascot in Athletics logos and as a feather in the university logo.
