Byington Winery and Vineyard is located in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains. Winery guests enjoy vistas of sloping vineyards, redwood forests, and the Monterey Bay.  The winery is an 18,000 square foot Italian Style Villa housing our winemaking facilities, spectacular cave, spacious landscaped lawns, and an elegant wedding and confernece facility.

Groups joining for a tour and tasting are welcome to reserve a picnic area for lunch or simply enjoy a relaxing afternoon. You are welcome to arrange your own lunch or they can make catering recommendations for you. To reserve a picnic area we request a purchase of 1/2 bottle of wine per person that you may enjoy here or take home with you.  All picnics take place outdoors and they do provide propane space heaters in case of chilly weather, but there is no option for picknicking indoors so please keep this in mind when making your reservation. You are welcome to bring any non-alcoholic beverages for the day but Byington Vineyard's wines are the only alcoholic beverages allowed on the grounds.
