The Elisabetta Ricciardi Jewelry Collection: a wearable mosaic of Ricciardi's life, travels, and loves - works that draw from a childhood in Napoli and her family home in medieval Tuscany as much as they do Classical Antiquity and her life as a mother and artist.

Creating jewelry, then, wearable beauty, was a natural progession and echoes her storybook childhood: "One particular thing was very dear to me: a huge, beautiful, wooden box filled with broken pieces of jewelry and buttons of every color, shape, and origin.  I would play for hours with the content of the box, and would make 'regal adornments' for myself and my playmates."

Inspired by those small treasures she found years ago, Elisabetta has conjoured modern pieces that reflect not only her past, but her dynamic life as an artist and mother to two young boys.  With the help of her husband, Haim Shahar, who has spent two decades working in all facets of the jewelry world, she brings those creations to the world and to you.

Elisabetta travels to Tuscany, her family home, several times a year to oversee the final crafting of her designs.  Handmade to her exact specifications with hand-painted glass, crystals and fabric inspired by the elegant dame's dresses she encountered as a child, they are timeless-looking pieces that suggest a considered life of beauty lived well, and a hint at something more: magic.
